By accessing or using the MyHealer platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and practitioners who access or use MyHealer.

2. Description of Service

MyHealer is an online directory connecting individuals seeking alternative and holistic wellness services with practitioners, wellness centres, and spiritual shops. We provide a platform for listing, discovery, and communication — we are not a healthcare provider and do not provide medical advice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our Service. By using MyHealer, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

4. Practitioner Listings

Practitioners who create listings on MyHealer agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information in their listings
• Hold all relevant qualifications, certifications, and insurances required for their services
• Comply with all applicable laws and professional standards in their jurisdiction
• Not misrepresent their services, qualifications, or experience
• Not post content that is defamatory, offensive, misleading, or illegal

MyHealer reserves the right to remove or suspend any listing that violates these Terms or that we deem inappropriate, at our sole discretion.

5. User Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent content
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users or practitioners
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service

6. Subscriptions and Payments

Certain features of MyHealer require a paid subscription (e.g. Premium Membership). By subscribing, you agree to the pricing and billing terms displayed at the time of purchase. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis and will automatically renew unless cancelled.

All payments are processed securely through Stripe. MyHealer does not store your payment card details. Refunds are handled at our discretion and in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the MyHealer platform — including logos, design, text, and software — is the property of MyHealer or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By submitting content to MyHealer (such as listing information or photos), you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use, display, and distribute that content on our platform for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

MyHealer is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

MyHealer does not endorse, verify, or guarantee the qualifications, services, or conduct of any practitioner listed on the platform. Users engage with practitioners at their own risk.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MyHealer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or personal injury.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Medical Disclaimer

The information and services provided on MyHealer are for general informational purposes only and do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always seek the advice of a qualified health professional with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or listing at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Australia, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Australia.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by updating the date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
